Cilantro-Yogurt Dressing:
1/2 Cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
3 Tablespoons Buttermilk
1/2 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley
2 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro
1/2 Tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 Tablespoon finely chopped shallot
1 teaspoon Agave Light Nectar
Directions:
Add all ingredients to food chopper or blender and blend until smooth.

Small Head of Iceberg Lettuce
4 Center Cut Bacon Slices, pan fried and crumpled
2 Roma tomatoes, Diced
Directions:
Clean iceberg lettuce and slice into 4 wedges. Cook bacon in non-stick skillet, drain, cool, and crumple. Dice tomatoes. Serve with Cilantro-Yogurt dressing.
