BBQ Pulled Pork over Grits
BBQ Pulled Pork:
1 Cup Reduced Sugar Ketchup
1/2 grated onion
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 Tablespoons cider vinegar
1 Tablespoon whole grain mustard
2-1/2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
3 Tablespoons honey
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1.5 pound pork tenderloin
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan on medium heat until it comes to a bubble. Add to crockpot with pork tenderloin slow cook for 4-5 hours. Shred pork and add back to the sauce.
