Welcome to my low calorie kitchen! I’m Genevie, wife, mother, healthy foodie, and platform shoe collector. I love cooking up healthy dishes. Over the years, I’ve exhausted my collection of healthy cookbooks. So, after about a decade of cooking the recipes of others, I began to dream up my own. I love coming up with new flavor combinations that taste amazing and don’t use heaps of oil, butter, or other fats.
One of the things I wanted to do differently on my blog is offer recipes for complete meals. On my blog, you’ll find a healthy entrée and then a healthy side suggestion that completes the meal—all in the 450-500 calorie range!
